RESERVATION POLICY

José Carlos García Restaurante operates an online reservation system that incorporates a secure payment platform.

To confirm a reservation you must accept these conditions and make a payment of €50 per diner, which will be deducted from the final amount of the bill on the day of the reservation.

Once the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided. If you do not receive it, please bear in mind that the reservation has not been registered.

This prepaid system allows us to manage reservations responsibly and to avoid no-shows, which prevent other guests from enjoying a table at our restaurant.

ACCESS AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS

• We kindly ask for punctuality. A 15-minute courtesy period is granted. In case of delay, it may not be possible to serve the full menu.
• For reservations for more than 8 diners, please contact the restaurant in advance.
• The gastronomic experience is exclusively for adults.
• Pets are not allowed.

From 15 September 2026 to 15 June 2027

Monday to Saturday - From 1:45 pm to 8:30 pm

From 15 June 2027 to 15 September 2027

Monday to Saturday - From 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm

ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES

If any of the diners has allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions, please contact the restaurant before making the reservation to check whether the menu can be adapted.

Adaptations must be previously confirmed by the restaurant and cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The amount paid for the reservation is non-refundable.

However, it will be possible to change the date with at least 24 hours’ notice, always subject to availability, and to make the new reservation within the 30 days following the originally booked date.
