2. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Accessing the Website from any device confers the status of user of the Website (“User”), and implies, at the same time, the User’s express acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy and the Reservation Policy.
These terms and conditions shall apply to the relationship between the Users and JCG, without prejudice to any other particular conditions between the parties that may replace, complement and/or modify them, and which must be accepted by the User before the provision of the contracted service begins.
3. Conditions of use of the Website
The User undertakes to use the Website correctly and diligently, in accordance with these conditions of use and with the applicable legislation. The User shall be liable to JCG or third parties for any damage that may be caused as a result of breaching this obligation. 4. Exclusion of liability
Without prejudice to the provisions of other sections of these terms and conditions, JCG shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for:
- a) The lack of quality, veracity, accuracy or specialisation of the training material or information hosted on the Website, nor for the decisions Users make based on the information provided on the Website.
- b) Any damage caused to Users as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks causing the suspension, cancellation, interruption or inaccessibility of the Website’s services. In this regard, access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties (telecommunications networks) whose operation is not the responsibility of JCG.
- c) Damage caused by fraudulent use of the User’s account or by the intrusion of third parties into the Website that may produce alterations, or the loss of all or part of the Website’s content. In this regard, it is the User’s responsibility to have appropriate tools to detect and disinfect harmful software.

- c) Exercise all legal actions of any kind available against Users and/or third parties who breach these terms and conditions.
