José Carlos García (Málaga 1974) belongs to the highly skilled generation who has situated Malaga in the elite of national cuisine.

He took his first steps from his parents and continued with his training in the main culinary schools of the city.

He has always been restless to learn and teach new technics of Spanish haute cuisine. José Carlos García has obtained a number of awards such as “Mejor Cocinero de Andalucia” in 2009.
